Passage Latch (ANSI F75) Inside and outside levers are always unlocked.
Bath/Bedroom Privacy (ANSI F76) Outside lever locked by push button inside. Outside lever unlocked by emergency release outside or rotating inside lever. If privacy pin is engaged while door is open, closing door disengages the pin and unlocks outer lever. Inside lever is always free to provide emergency exit.
Exit/Communicating Lock (ANSI F111) Inside lever is always unlocked. Blank plate outside. Inside lever is always free for emergency exit.
Single dummy trim for one side of door only. No latch or strike.
Door Thickness: 1-1/2 in. to 2 in.
Door Prep: 2-1/8 in. Crossbore, 1 in. Edgebore, standard 161 prep w/ optional thru-bolts

Rose: 3-3/8 in. diameter brass rose with concealed screws. Threaded interior and exterior roses. Removable thru bolt.
Latchbolt: 1/2 in. (12.7mm) throw, stainless steel 3-hour fire-rated latchbolt. Reversible for flat and beveled doors.
Faceplate: 2-1/4 in. x 1-1/8 in. Square corner standard with stainless steel or brass faceplate.
Strike: ANSI curved lip strike 4-7/8 in. x 1-1/4 in. x 1-1/4 in. lip to center as standard. Full lip strike or T-strike available, sold separately.
Lever: 4-3/4 in.
Rose: 3-3/8 in. diameter
